Camp Wildwood

BBL was thrilled to return to Wildwood, this time to build their brand new nursing and administration building in Altamont, NY. This project included new construction of a combined 882 square foot Nursing and 847 square food Administration building for the Wildwood Programs at their summer camp location. Construction consisted of a concrete frost-wall foundation system, wood framing, wood trusses, aluminum panel roofing and a combination of vertical shiplap and horizontal clapboard premium grade pine siding. Interior finishes included new PLAM Nursing Station and a number of donated materials including sports-line rubber flooring, ceramic restroom tile, and a digital wall mural. New telecommunication ports, Carrier split-system and new bath and laundry facilities upgraded the existing facilities and allowed for four-season use.

Wildwood is a non-profit organization providing support and services to children, families and adults with special needs such as autism spectrum disorders, complex learning disabilities, and developmental disabilities.
