Seacoast Trust, LLP selected BBL to design and build a two-story, freestanding medical office building in Portsmouth, NH. The MOB is occupied by Atlantic Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine. The first floor consists of clinical space, a mobile MRI, two X-Rays, and a procedure room. The second floor is made up of administrative space and a physical therapy suite.
