BBL completed the interior fit-up of an unfinished space at 1785 Route 9, a building originally constructed by BBL. Work included installation of under-slab plumbing, slab on grade, framing, drywall, ceilings, painting, casework, and flooring. All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were extended from existing infrastructure that had been designed for future expansion.
