The BBL team provided Design-Build services to transform this existing medical office building into a 21,169-square-foot expanded and upgraded space. Renovations included the addition of two new operating rooms, a laser suite with one procedure room and four laser exam rooms, a new post-op area, renovated sterilization rooms with new equipment, an updated waiting area, new locker rooms, a refreshed breakroom, and upgraded interior finishes throughout. 6,000 sf pediatric clinic.
