AGM Warehouse

BBL was selected to construct the 30,000 sf one-story office and manufacturing facility with associated sitework and improvements.  The building is primarily constructed of structural steel with a glass curtain wall and 4” thick metal skinned insulated foam exterior panels along with an EPDM roof. This new facility was needed in order to house AGM’s expanding business and to meet the pressing need for more warehouse and manufacturing space. BBL assisted the Client in securing grant money from NYSERDA for high efficiency HVAC and lighting systems.
