Vista Technology Campus is a 440-acre site offering a wide range of first-class office and retail space. The campus is home to the new 65,000 square-foot ShopRite Supermarket, SEFCU Federal Credit Union, and Berkshire Bank.  The park includes landscaped grounds, and access to nature trails and bike paths. The first phase of construction included Community Care Physicians, a 6,000 square foot one-story building; Cornea Consultants of Albany, a 15,000 square foot, two-story medical office space; and a 6,000 square foot one-story cultured stone building, featuring a restaurant and two retail stores. Development of the site is designed to include an additional twenty to thirty office/retail properties as well as research and manufacturing facilities.
