BBL successfully completed the multi-phased construction of this 429 bed student apartment community on a congested downtown Albany site. University Heights College Suites is an endeavor embarked upon by a consortium of four colleges including Albany Law School, Albany College of Pharmacy, Albany Medical College, and Sage Colleges of Albany.
