Ulster County once again teamed up BBL and JMZ Architects to provide design and management services for renovations and a new classroom addition project on the SUNY Ulster Campus. The Senate Gymnasium received a new gymnasium floor, new wood telescoping bleachers, game lines and floor logo, fresh paint throughout the gymnasium and a new school wall logo. The Senate Gymnasium renovation scope also provided handicapped access to the stage area for graduation ceremonies with the installation of a vertical lift.

This project also included the construction of a new addition to the Burroughs Science Building which houses two microbiology labs and a prep room for the Campus. The new classroom area has up to date equipment including Laboratory Fume Hoods, Biological Lab Cabinets, an Autoclave, Sterilizing Glass Washer and all the required safety equipment. These bright new classrooms have a chemical resistant floor and new work stations for the students and staff.
