Congratulations to St. Peter’s Health Partners on the official ribbon cutting for the recently completed Chelsea Medical Office Building in Clifton Park, NY. The renovated 17,000 square foot facility includes cardiac and vascular clinics, an advanced imaging suite, vascular ultrasound and procedure rooms, and primary care services.
