BBL recently completed an interior renovation at Capital Region Health Park, transforming a vacant suite into a new office for Sitwell Dental. The renovation included 11 treatment rooms, a sterile room, lab, panoramic X-ray, break room, offices, and updated waiting and reception areas.
Utilizing a design-build delivery our team orchestrated a comprehensive renovation, ensuring the new space could be tailored to meet their operational needs. Each treatment room was equipped with the necessary medical gas, vacuum, compressed air, and power connections for the dental chair and wall-mounted X-ray equipment.
