Renovations are nearing completion for the Chelsea Medical Office Building in Clifton Park, NY. This 17,000 sf facility will soon be home to St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates and includes space for Primary and Specialty Clinics, as well as Cardiac Imaging and Vascular Associates.
