Construction is expected to start this summer on a 60,000, two-story building in Clifton Park that will house medical services for the region.
Primarily, the structure on a five-acre parcel at 1783 Route 9 will be the new home of Community Care Physicians (CCP), said Richard Rosen, vice president and partner of Columbia Development, the Albany-based company overseeing the project.
