The anchor tenant for the Clifton Park Health Park, which is being developed by Columbia Development and constructed by BBL Medical Facilities, is Community Care Physicians, which will lease 44,000 square feet of the 60,000-square foot building. Albany Medical Center will lease another 12,000 square feet.
