Congratulations to the YMCA Parkinson’s Center on their official ribbon cutting last month!
BBL is a proud supporter of the Capital Region YMCA. Their new location is the first and only YMCA in the nation with a dedicated Parkinson’s Center. The new facility offers expanded space for specialized programs including yoga, dance, tai chi, boxing, and ping pong. These programs are designed to improve mobility, build confidence and strengthen community connections, all in support of the Capital District YMCA’s mission to provide no-cost memberships for individuals and families affected by Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders.
