We’re excited to celebrate the official groundbreaking of a new 10,500-square-foot Medical Office Building for MedStar Shah Medical Group in Waldorf, MD. BBL is honored to continue our work with MedStar Shah, having also built the group’s existing facility on St. Patrick’s Drive, which opened in 2020.
The new facility will feature 29 exam rooms and sit alongside the existing building, bringing the two facilities together to create a connected medical campus. The project will also include shared access, updated parking, and improved walkways for patients and visitors, expanding the campus to better serve the Waldorf community.
