We’re excited to celebrate the official groundbreaking of 4 Wellness Way, a new 50,000-square-foot, two-story medical arts building in Latham, NY. Columbia Development and BBL are honored to be part of this major step toward expanding access to specialized healthcare in the Capital Region.
The facility will include a four-operating-room Ambulatory Surgery Center, orthopedic urgent care, and ophthalmology services, continuing the growth of the Wellness Way medical campus and enhancing patient care for the community.
