Ryan Manikas

As Vice President, Mr. Manikas is responsible for overseeing a division at BBL Construction Services that specializes in high technology, manufacturing, mixed-use, multifamily and higher education projects.

He is a ready resource for the project management team and assists with construction situations as they arise, aiding with construction means and methods. Mr. Manikas participates in company long-term planning and assists in contract negotiations. He reviews construction schedules and monitors project progress and quality to ensure timely completion. In addition, Mr. Manikas, provides day-to-day leadership and management, ensuring the teams are operating in a manner that represents the mission statement and core values of the company.

Mr. Manikas joined the BBL team in 2006. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pace University, and is a member of the Associated General Contractors of America and the AGC of New York State.
