John Crupi

Mr. Crupi has direct responsibility for all building estimates generated by BBL’s estimating department. He has developed and operates computer programs for quantity survey and pricing; scheduling and on-line data services. 

He is also responsible for conceptual estimating and evaluation of value engineering options. As a former project manager, he is able to guide the BBL estimating department’s efforts with a “hands-on,” contractor-based precision.

Mr. Crupi has been an integral part of the BBL leadership team since 1986. He holds a degree in Construction Technology from HVCC, is an active member of the Associated General Contractors of America, and AGC of New York State.
