James Church

Mr. Church is a founding member of BBL Medical Facilities, a division of BBL Construction Services, LLC that specializes in the planning, design and construction of outpatient medical projects on a national basis.

In his role as Senior Vice President, some of the duties that Jim is responsible for include overseeing the initial project planning, design oversight and estimate review of projects. Jim manages approximately 50 managers in the BBL Medical Facilities division that deliver approximately forty projects annually.

Responsibilities also include managing the Construction Management division at BBL. This program involves the delivery of various types of projects on a CM At-Risk or CM Agent basis, depending on the client’s needs. Prior to his role in managing the BBL Medical Facilities division, Jim served in numerous positions and led teams to successfully deliver multiple types of projects across a wide variety of markets.

Mr. Church began working for BBL in 1987 and has decades of experience in the construction industry. He holds a Bachelors of Technology Degree in Industrial Engineering from SUNY Polytechnic University, and is a current Member of the Albany Medical Center Foundation Board.
