Cody Dutcher

As Director of Business Development, Mr. Dutcher is responsible for the development of BBL projects across the national marketplace.

During his tenure with BBL, Mr. Dutcher has worked with a wide variety of clients on the development, planning, design, and construction of various types of projects, with specialization in the complex and ever-evolving Healthcare industry. He has been acknowledged for successful strategic business, team, and relationship development with new and existing clients, business partners, vendors, and subcontractors. 

Prior to his role as Director of Business Development, Mr. Dutcher served as a Project Manager for BBL. In this role, he was responsible for a full range of construction management duties including estimating; scheduling; preparation of bid packages; cost maintenance and change order negotiation; coordination of meetings; liaison with project owners and architects throughout a project’s duration; and processing all project-related documentation.

Mr. Dutcher joined BBL in 2013. He holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University. He is an active member of the Associated General Contractors of America, and AGC of New York State. Mr. Dutcher also serves on the Board for Habitat for Humanity in Montgomery County, is an active volunteer for the BBL Charitable Foundation, and was a member of the Timber Bridge Program at Clarkson University.
