Barbara Lawrence

As Director of Human Resources for BBL, Ms. Lawrence manages all aspects of the human resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance with employment laws, talent development, and workforce planning, while aligning HR strategies with overall business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new associates, negotiating compensation and benefit packages, as well as ensuring compliance with employment laws. Ms. Lawrence oversees training and development initiatives, corporate programs, and develops and maintains policies and procedures. She is responsible for maintaining company records and ensuring seamless business operations by coordinating activities across departments, and also provides ongoing support to the company’s CEO.

Ms. Lawrence also administrates employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans and supplementary insurance. She manages associate performance evaluation systems, provides coaching and feedback to employees, conducts salary reviews, establishes competitive compensation structures, and manages incentive programs.

Ms. Lawrence joined the BBL team in 2000.
